3D STENCILS

With the requirement to print on PCB's after thru hole assembly, ASAHITEC has developed an innovative solution which we call the 3D Stencil. Manufactured using either Aluminum, Acetal or Glass Epoxy sheets these stencils can achieve height differences of between 20µm and 3mm. Polyuretane squeegees are recommended for these kind of stencils. Combined with our F3 Nano Coating this produces robust results. |
