There is an ever increasing demand for the many different kinds of Solderin Pallets due to the introduction of double sided printed circuit board assembly. ASAHITEC has a complete in-house facility to design and manufacture pallets or your soldering needs. Our Selective Wave Pallets provide masking for gold fingers, mounting holes, and bottom side SMT components while our Wave Solder Fixtures are manufactured from ESD composite material and are designed to withstand the thermal environments of wave solder and reflow ovens.

Materials
Development of materials have come a long way from the usage of Aluminum and G10 as materials of choice. Over the past few years Durapol and Durostone have made a name in the industry for their machining characteristics and durability. ASAHITEC has recently started using an advanced glass laminate fabric based material that shows significant increases in durability and strength. The layered construction of this material combined with an adhesive resistant to corrosive fluxes make this material very robust in high heat environments common for lead free solder baths.
Advantages:
- Excellent chemical resistance against flux
- Excellent machinability resulting in 0.5mm thin walls
- Excellent mechanical strength even at temperatures above 250C
- Teflon coating is not necessary
- Tested life of more than 20,000 cycles in controlled conditions

ASAHITEC CAD Engineers are IPC Certified and trained to design pallets that can help you streamline your process and increase yield. All jobs undergo a DFM study by our team before we send you a final drawing. Our engineers also carry a wealth of experience coming from a PCB manufacturing background.
